What IS a Sages Story Circle?
Sages Story Circles are community spaces designed to Connect, Affirm and Empower Women 60+. They are FREE to attend and are currently offered in two locations around the Fox Valley**
The Circles Focus on 3 Things:

We provide a safe space for women to share the stories of their lives

We offer a creative outlet for folks who desire one

We foster a real sense of community
The pandemic did so much to isolate us all, and keep us from connecting--These circles were created to bring us back together again.

What IS Ageless Grace®?
Ageless Grace is an evidence based seated fitness AND wellness program based on the science of Neuroplasticiy, where we use 21 simple and playful tools to work not only our bodies, but our BRAINS as well.
Each tool utilizes the 5 main functions of the brain—Strategic Planning, Memory and Recall, Analytical thinking, Creativity and Imagination—and Kinesthetic learning (or muscle memory)

What story do you tell yourself about creativity?
Empowered Lines is a workshop which offers a path to wellness
through creativity. It’s based on a course of study called “Neurographica,” and was designed by Stacy,
as a means to offer a practice rather than just another project.
It’s for anyone who wants to create, but for whatever reason feels they’re now allowed to.
Participants are led through a step-by-step process of very simple drawing and painting with a focus on the creative process, and not the end product. It’s a way to completely let go of thinking and tap into feeling and creating. Transform the story you’ve been telling yourself…discover and PLAY!
It’s a doorway….not a destination.
